全世界每喝下四瓶番茄酱,就有一瓶来自新疆。这个数据写在世界加工番茄理事会的年报里,听起来像广告口号——但它是真的。新疆昌吉、博州、塔城三大产区的加工番茄,占据中国 90% 的产量、世界贸易的 25% 份额,是中国农业为数不多在全球供应链里真正占据上游的品类。

One in every four bottles of tomato paste consumed worldwide comes from Xinjiang. The figure appears in the World Processing Tomato Council's annual report — it sounds like marketing copy, but it's accurate. Across the three production zones of Changji, Bortala, and Tacheng, Xinjiang produces 90% of China's processing tomatoes and supplies 25% of global trade — one of the rare categories where Chinese agriculture sits genuinely upstream in the world's food chain.

再往天山东麓走 200 公里,是奇台县。这里的旱田小麦不像河南、山东那样追求产量,而是追求面粉品质——中筋至中强筋的奇台面粉,是中国地理标志保护产品,也是花花食界做"中式劲道 + 西式应用"融合面食的关键载体。

Drive another 200 kilometers east along the Tianshan range, and you arrive in Qitai County. The wheat grown here doesn't chase yield like the fields of Henan or Shandong — it chases quality. Medium to medium-strong gluten Qitai flour is a Chinese Geographical Indication product, and the foundation of our "Chinese chewiness, Western application" fusion noodle line.

从乌鲁木齐往北走,准噶尔盆地南缘。这里的日光时间长、昼夜温差大、降水稀少——这恰好是加工番茄需要的所有条件。番茄红素含量高、糖度集中、果肉厚实,做成番茄酱后浓度自然就高,不需要额外浓缩。

Head north from Urumqi to the southern edge of the Junggar Basin. Long sunlight, sharp day-night temperature swings, scarce rainfall — exactly what processing tomatoes demand. The fruit develops dense lycopene, concentrated sugars, and thick flesh, yielding paste with naturally high solids — no over-concentration needed.

从乌鲁木齐往东走,昌吉以东 100 公里,是奇台。这里的旱田小麦完全靠天山雪水补给,生长周期更长、籽粒密度更大、蛋白质结构更稳定。奇台县是中国少数几个能稳定产出中强筋小麦的旱地产区之一。

Head east instead — 100 kilometers past Changji — and you reach Qitai. The dryland wheat here is fed entirely by Tianshan snowmelt. A longer growing cycle, denser kernels, more stable protein structure. Qitai is one of the few dryland regions in China that consistently produces medium-strong gluten wheat.

番茄红素 —— 颜色就是产品语言 Lycopene — color is the product's language

对披萨酱、意面酱来说,番茄的颜色一半决定了产品的成败。新疆加工番茄的番茄红素含量比内陆产区高 20-30%,煮出来的酱汁颜色沉稳、不发橘、不发暗——这是花花披萨酱底色的关键。客户第一眼看到酱汁的颜色,就已经在心里给产品打分。

For pizza and pasta sauce, the color of the tomato is half the product. Xinjiang's lycopene content runs 20-30% higher than inland zones, producing sauce with deep, stable color — never orange, never dull. This is the visual foundation of our pizza base. Customers grade the product the moment they see the color.

全球叙事 —— 我们和意大利、加州在同一张牌桌上 A global narrative — we sit at the same table as Italy and California

全世界做加工番茄的产区,只有三个真正进入全球供应链:意大利、美国加州、中国新疆。当我们对国际客户讲"花花用的番茄,来自全球前三的产区之一",这不是市场宣传——这是事实。这一点,让花花在出海时少了一层解释成本。

Only three regions in the world supply processing tomatoes at scale to the global trade: Italy, California, Xinjiang. When we tell international buyers "our tomatoes come from one of the world's top three" — that isn't marketing. It's fact. It removes a layer of explanation when we go overseas.

面粉差异化 —— 不对标 00 号,做"融合面食" Flour differentiation — we don't chase Italian 00; we make fusion staples

诚实地说,新疆面粉不是高筋小麦的核心产区,直接对标意大利 00 号面粉是不老实的。但奇台中筋至中强筋面粉,恰好是"中式拉面、馒头"和"西式焗饭饼底、Calzone"的交集。我们做"中式劲道 + 西式应用"的融合面食,这种面粉是最合适的——这是定位差异化,不是性能比较。

Honestly: Xinjiang isn't China's core zone for high-gluten wheat. Pretending Qitai flour rivals Italian 00 would be dishonest. What Qitai's medium-strong gluten flour does well is the intersection — Chinese-style chewiness for ramen and mantou, Western application for baked rice crusts and calzone. For our fusion staples, this flour is the right tool. It's positioning, not comparison.
